Samuel Gerber, CEO, Espritech, says that market is changing and customers today are asking to give higher productive machine with more flexibility

Espritech is involved in Folding Automation for Home Textiles or any flat product like Bed linen, Towel, Pillow
Cases, Curtains, Duvet Covers, Table linen etc. We customized and develop folding machines as per customer’s demand to improve efficiency, productivity and quality for our customers.

As per today we moved our offices and production facilities to our new address in Etzelkofen, near Bern, capital of Switzerland. We recently moved to much bigger factory space with highly skilled team.

Folding Automation for all square products / home textiles like Towel, Bed Linen, Flat Sheet, Fitted Sheet, Pillow
Case, Duvet Cover, Curtain with or without Stiffner. We have over 90 percent market share in Home Textiles Folding Automation.

Market is changing and it will keep the same direction for next decade. Earlier our customers were demanding for bulk volume/high productive machines for standard products with not much changes but now the market is changing and our customers today are asking to give higher productive machine with more flexibility. Even a medium size customer wants one machine to do all their folding work and hence want flexibility in the machine both hardware and software wise.

Espritech is very pleased to confirm the latest development of its white Diamond machine to make complete Sheet sets or Duvet Set son, the same machine is a revolution in the industry. As market is changing, we want to give our customers flexibility with accuracies to improve internal capacities and efficiencies. Earlier this was like a dream and customers were very much concerned for making sheet sets with same shade and they still used
to have shade variation in their final sheet sets sometimes and now with this new development customers are relaxed and would be able to make sheet sets without shade variation. We know we are in a niche market and have been developing folding automation for over a decade. Frankly speaking for the last 2 years, Espritech had been enjoying very good business with full of back to back orders. Thanks to our strong agency network specially MSBC in Asian region. So we feel we have a very good future with Folding Automation.
